I need to start waking up earlier. Is there any routines I can try that will help?

The basic answer is start shifting your bedtime earlier and getting better quality sleep. If you need to wake up at dawn you can use the light mornings to your advantage and leave your curtains open a crack when you go to bed, this may help you wake up a little better more naturally. Also make sure your basics are covered. Lastly I find it easiest and quickest to get up in the morning if I have a shower the night before because then I feel cleaner and more together, and despite still needing a quick wash.. my hair is easier, it’s easier to apply makeup and I feel just so much more confident without the extra time of a full morning shower.
