I hate cardio (ie running) and playing sports! Does anyone have any ideas to improve my cardio fitness that isn’t torture?

Reframe from bad or chore like thoughts. Always reward yourself after exercising. Congratulate yourself!

And, make your environment encouraging, instead of the gym you could make a cute space at home just for exercising. Or you could just push yourself to go to the gym, turn on beast mode. Than when you’re done, celebrate and relax.

You can take dance classes that you would enjoy and you'll be motivated by the people around you who enjoy these classes just as much as you do

Taking walks or doing some light exercises such as yoga helps. Also I love playing Just Dance because it is a good workout but it is really fun!
