I don’t have much time in the morning and eat breakfast in the car. Any suggestions for healthy things I can eat?

You can prepare a breakfast burrito the night before. Maybe hard boiled eggs in a salad maybe add chicken too and some brown bread, Having proteins for breakfast can keep you full for longer. Don’t forget to pack something to drink preferably one which has antioxidant properties like green tea, ginseng, etc. if you have a sweet tooth you can have some fruits i personally prefer some jam tho
