I can’t do the excercise routine Fabulous has set up for me because of physical limitations. My knees have put me into the hospital before. I’m not supposed to run long distance and I’m not supposed to do lifting, squats, lunges, planks, kneeling etc. They hurt every day. Being kind to them keeps me from missing work and out of the hospital. I need replacement surgery but it I used the maximum of my insurance trying to be able to get out of the hospital and back to work. Mobility is an issue. Cam you please reccomend excercise for people that have bad knees?

While I wouldn’t consider myself completely qualified to answer, I do have a suggestion that comes from my own experience. I don’t exactly know what you’ve been through, of what you have, but I have several joint issues, mainly in my ligaments and tendons, not Sep much the muscles and bones, but what I’ve found useful for joint pain/mobility limitations (and I would guess it’s a better option for people who are overweight, for to the added stress in their joints) is swimming. Not necessarily well, but because of the difference in density, there won’t be much strain anywhere. The main problem would be access to a pool/beach/etc, and the fact that it’s time consuming and usually requires planning in advance. If money and time aren’t aren’t an issue, I would really recommend swimming!!
