this answer might sound rough, but hear me out. i love exercising, but it doesn’t make me feel good. and i definitely do not exercise to feel good in the first place, i don’t like this perspective in some areas. i exercise for the health benefits of exercising, even though in the moment doing push-ups seems impossible :). go work out! try new, simple, or hard things. even if it doesn’t feel good, it will be rewarding later.
