Exercise in a different way. If you're flat on your back, you won't want to. If that's not the case there are things you can do.

modify the intensity and duration. do lighter exercises that you can handle. and do those exercises for the duration you can manage. repeat throughout the day in short bouts until you reach your target goal. yoga or pilates are options, or water therapy. take care
