How to kill the tiredness feeling when it comes to studying?
To combat tiredness while studying, try implementing short breaks using the Pomodoro Technique—study for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. Incorporate energizing rituals, such as stretching or deep breathing, during breaks to refresh your mind. Ensure you stay hydrated and maintain a balanced diet to support your energy levels. Lastly, create a dedicated study environment that minimizes distractions and fosters focus, helping you build a routine that enhances your learning experience.
The answer is simple but applying it is hard. As a person who still kind of suffering from the same problem, the main reason was the social media, whenever i felt the responsibilities coming I escaped through scrolling, which made me physically and emotionally tired, and to combat this i deleted every kind of social media from my phone and embraced the boredom because i know that it gets really boring without social media because i am suffering from boredom too. But the key is to make a routine throughout your day,and also use studying as a get-away from boredom, and make small accomplishments in your day. And I hope all the best for you and your studies!!!
