How to do meditation for longer time, all I can do meditation to 10 to 12 mins, I want to do more than that but can’t able to stay any longer than this

I would first ask, what are you meditating on? Maybe a shift in focus is what you need.
Secondly, what is the context of your meditation? Are you laying down? Sitting still? Doing yoga?
If you find you loose interest or you are watching the clock when you meditate, you might be the type of person who would do better with moving meditation.
Consider trying to meditate during stretching or yoga. Or maybe during a long slow run.
