I was using headspace for a while, and found that allowing myself to go between the ten and theee minutes allowed me to more easily keep it up. Then it all fell off. Now Iβm trying to just use the recording here as it doesnβt ha e a voice to focus on so takes more work

I mostly do sitting meditation- sometimes guided sometimes not. I use an app called Insight Timer. My sessions last anywhere from 1-10 minutes. Iβd like to meditate more, but for now Iβm focusing on consistency rather than length.
