How often per day, how long, and what kind of meditation do you have?

I have been meditating once a day before I go to sleep at night. I schedule about 12 minutes each night and I listen to the Body Scan meditation. It relaxes me so much! I feel really good afterward and am able to drift off to sleep. 😊

I was using headspace for a while, and found that allowing myself to go between the ten and theee minutes allowed me to more easily keep it up. Then it all fell off. Now I’m trying to just use the recording here as it doesn’t ha e a voice to focus on so takes more work

I mostly do sitting meditation- sometimes guided sometimes not. I use an app called Insight Timer. My sessions last anywhere from 1-10 minutes. I’d like to meditate more, but for now I’m focusing on consistency rather than length.
