How often per day, how long, and what kind of meditation do you have?

I have been meditating once a day before I go to sleep at night. I schedule about 12 minutes each night and I listen to the Body Scan meditation. It relaxes me so much! I feel really good afterward and am able to drift off to sleep. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I was using headspace for a while, and found that allowing myself to go between the ten and theee minutes allowed me to more easily keep it up. Then it all fell off. Now Iโ€™m trying to just use the recording here as it doesnโ€™t ha e a voice to focus on so takes more work

I mostly do sitting meditation- sometimes guided sometimes not. I use an app called Insight Timer. My sessions last anywhere from 1-10 minutes. Iโ€™d like to meditate more, but for now Iโ€™m focusing on consistency rather than length.
