I have skipped habits a few times when I'm just not feeling up to it or come up with silly excuses in my head to make up for it- but it's no good when I don't do them it feels like I've missed something or not trying my hardest which ultimately sets my mind back, but when reflecting on this it motivates me to try harder not to miss my routines so that i don't lose the progress I've tried so hard to make 🙂
