How can i meditate without a guided recording?

Use some calming music and find a nice place, where you're able to relax. Take a comfortable pose and close your eyes. Imagine a sky full of cloud and with each breath you can clear up the sky. If new clouds are coming don't worry, just acknowledge them and keep breathing. Then after you feel like coming back. Slowly try to come back to the body feel it and then open your eyes.
