Depends. If I'm having a good time generally speaking, I don't look through old memories; I have no need to. If I have continually had a rough period, I read it at least 2 times a month. The whole thing. It helps me see my growth, how I've developed, how I've changed my own way of thinking or ideas or beliefs. It really depends. You read the journal when you need to. Maybe even go on ahead and write an encouraging note for your future self. I promise you, you will thank yourself. 🙂 Good day to you.
