How do you come up with new prompts to write about, so you’re not rehashing the same things?

Well, when it comes to everyday writing, I think that the most ideas comes from that day. I usually write the things that happened that day, or my thoughts, or something I'd like to do the next day. Because every day, something new happens and there is always something new to write about.
