Well it depends on each indivdal. But i suggest at least 6 hours and NOT more than 9. Try couple of nights sleeping 6 hours and if you feel you do not have enough energy increase sleeping time. It also helps if you go normally to bed (check the time) and get up when body wakes up (do not lie in bed or go back to sleep) than calculate how much hours you slept and go from there.

7-8 hours is the recommended amount, but I believe it also depends on the person. Some days I function better and feel less tired on 5 hours of sleep than I do on 7-8.

You should take 6-8 hours of sleep. It reduces tension makes your skin and even your health…. The best time to go to bed is 9-10pm and one should get out of bed before sunset. It gives us more time to take care of ourselves, our health etc. More time, self love, more happiness, more wisdom….
Wish you good luck….

Sleep needs are individual and changing. To figure out how much sleep you need, pick a consistent bedtime and don’t set your alarm. At first your body will continue to wake up at your normal alarm time, but after awhile you will begin to wake up feeling treated with no alarm and then you will know how that is how much sleep you need each night.

At least 8, that is the recommended. I would need to be asleep by 9:45-10? But not every night can be like that, things come up or plans are made. Something more realistic

It depends on the person…they say that 7-8 hours is ideal but I can be good on just 6-6.5 hours. Personally I am my best at about 7 hours of sleep. To be more precise, 6-6.5 hours of sleep with .5-1 hour of snooze and I’m ready for the day!

At least 6-8 hours per day. It’s important that you disconnect completely from everything you do during the day, and allow your mind and body to think in other think and rest enough, if you do that, the challenge that you will have tomorrow would achieve with no problem
