How do you achieve a 7-8 hours sleep everyday?

You first need to know that i mess up sometimes, but i usually go to bed at 11pm and sleep around 12pm and i try my best to wake up at 8am using a clock of course, I also do my best to not prrsse the snooze button

Making sure I go to bed around the same time at night. Also I make sure, that most days I have the possibility to sleep a little longer in the morning if needed
