It honestly depends on what your bodys capable of. For instance, I'm sixteen. I have be making an effort to exercise for 15min in the morning and in the evening. That's 30mins a day or 3.5 hours a week. I avoid exceeding this amount of exercise as to prevent overwhelming myself because I also carry out different activities throughout the day. Some days more draining than others. So I think 3.5 hours a week is reasonable. But be sure to rest adequately, good sleep is just as valuable 😁💛
