I meditate several times a day. When I wake up in the morning of course that’s probably my longest time which Varys from a quick 10 mins to sometimes 30-40 mins. Then through out the day, I may do 5 min or 15 mins here or there. I am glad you asked because it makes me aware of how much I do take them time to meditate.

10 to 15 minutes at the moment, just before I go to sleep. I find it helps me connect with my subconscious better. Hence why I don't do it it in the morning.

40 min. In mornings I will not get out of bed until I have a good attitude. Then as I feel anxious or need to refocus in will use meditation for several reasons. Then at the end of the night if I am killing time. Specifically if imam in pain

Only 10-15 minutes at the moment, but I'd love to work up to at least 30 minutes a day. I'll work on higher once I've achieved my 30 minute goal.

I break my meditation up into small pieces throughout the day so it's not one long stretch and certainly not hours a day. If I added up all the minutes then I'd say approx 40minutes max a day starting in the morning after I wake up then at lunch for a short catch up and then a longer meditation in the evenings of approx 15min max.

Right now I meditate around 30 minutes a day (sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less), but I plan to extend my meditation practice in the future 🙂
