How long have you been meditating?

I've tried to get into it on and off for years. My ADD keeps me from sticking with it for too long. It gets irritating when I continually forget what I'm supposed to be focusing on. I'm trying to stick with it this time by keeping my meditations short and combining them with stretches to keep myself focused.

For now around 3 days. I have practiced meditation before but stopped when my mornings got too busy. I need to make time for it instead of having those extra 10 minutes in bed.

Mostly consistently for the last 3 years, couple of periods of a few months each where I dropped the habit, but otherwise I always meditate at least 5 times per week

I meditate 20 minutes using mindfulness exercises from the headspace app. I also have a mindfulness based CBT workbook with CD by John Teasdale, Mark Williams and Zindel Segal called "The Mindful Way". Well worth using.

After completing exercise I meditate for like 10-15mins.
Pranayam, kapalbharti, inhale holding the breath and then exhale, and end with Sravasana.

I have been meditating for about 3 months now. I was interested in meditation for quite some time but I finally started due to the pandemic. I find that it is extremely helpful in dealing with anxiety and keeping my mind clearer.
