I tend to fall asleep after my medications, which is amazing, so i tend to meditate in a semi reclined position to support my head and neck. It enables me to keep a strong but relaxed pose, without my lead lolling about or my neck feeling over extended.
Sitting any where comftable. I rather be comftable relaxed and kind to my self because meditation is about making peace with Ur self so I don't like any position I'd find torture.
I sit on the floor on my yoga mat with my legs criss cross. I relax my hands on my knees. I straighten my back and I close my eyes and just relax.
