How many calories intake do you consume in breakfast?

George Q.
I don’t now for sure because I don’t look at that but I don’t eat breakfast with products with added sugar in it and I eat plant beast in the morning.

When you think about it, you should have 5 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, snack, dessert). You can split snack and dessert (dessert can also be fruit) in as many meals as you want throughout the day. 2000 calories / 5 is 400, so you should be getting 400-500 calories in for breakfast, depending on how much you eat for snack and dessert.

It's best to take 300-400 calories so that your lunch and dinner can be larger, but it depends on what meals you eat more food. Make it specialized to you. You can always tweak your calories as you go, so that if breakfast was large, then lower lunch calories.

Honestly….I dont count my calories. Perhaps I should. Breakfast is the hardest meal for me to consume. I run out of the house and become consumed at work as soon as i walk in. I might do 2 hard boiled eggs, some water and a Belvita, if that. On the weekends with my family I am more inclined to do a full breakfast (2 scrambled eggs, few pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of toast).

Probably not as much as I should. Usually just like 200 calories. But on the weekends I definitely have more because my husband always cooks a bigger breakfast.

I don't know. I look at the empty bowl. And at the food in the fridge. And try to fill the bowl with as many nutritious foods and as much variety as possible.

Around 200-400.
Somedays I like to skip breakfast z which is definitely not good, but depending on what I feel like eating in a particular day, I usually consume 200-400 calories approx.
Have a nice day!
Wishing you all the very best in accomplishing your goals.
Bye! And take care!

I don’t count calories, but I aim for proteins that will keep me full. A typical breakfast might be a hard boiled egg, 2 pieces of turkey bacon, and tea with almond milk. Or I might do a banana and a spoonful of peanut butter if I’m in a hurry or want low prep. Counting calories tends to make me obsessive in a way that leads to overeating, so I’ve stopped and I like just eating when I’m hungry and stopping when I’m full now. Hope this helps!

One egg is plenty for me and they’re packed with protein. I cook it differently each day, but no matter how you make it, it’s only around 78 calories

On a good day probably 400ish, on a rough day my whole daily intake at once…lol. seriously, I try to focus on my protein intake and fueling my body.
