Hello! Do not focus on a certain number of calories. Instead, make sure to include protein-based foods in your breakfast, such as eggs or cheese. It will be even better if your first meal of the day is mainly foods high in protein, which will make you feel satisfied and full of energy throughout the day until your next meal. In other words, replace the sugary foods for fulfilling high-protein-content foods. From my own experience I can tell you that this simple change made a HUGE positive impact in my productivity and overall satisfaction levels for the entire day. A good day starts with a good sleep the night before and a substantious breakfast. Have an excellent day!
