How does everyone make the time to incorporate breakfast time?

In the morning I choose to make a meal that is easy to prepare – toast / omelette or egg and cottage cheese / cornflakes – so it doesn't take much time to prepare and it gives me energy for the rest of the day. For example: toast can be put before getting dressed, by the time you finish it will be ready to take with you. Another option – prepare a hard-boiled egg the day before and then take a box of cottage cheese with you along with an egg or banana/apple.
