How long should I spend journaling? I usually spend about 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening. Is this enough?
I suppose it depends what you’re writing about. If you feel 5 minutes is enough then it probably is. I only journal at night before bed. Some nights it’s 5 minutes, some nights it’s 20 minutes. It depends how much I have to say!
