How long do you wait for a morning walk? I know protein is very important for the body. My doctor said I’m lacking potassium. What foods do I need to eat?

Broccoli is a miracle food. During the winter months I have been taking a walk after lunch. I plan to walk after breakfast or after sundown in the summer. Having a gym membership or home gym would be nice to do some cardio when the spirit moves ya.
