I keep all my journals, so can go back and compare how much I've improved or am I in the same space as before … I do this every few months. Grab a journal and open a random date and see what happened. Some days were rough and at that point it seem like the end of the world, but I made it. It reminds me to always keep moving forward.

I keep all of my finished journals. I like to go back and look at where I was and compare it to where I am. Sometimes it’s nice to see your progress on paper in your own words.

I just finished my first journal so I’m not sure how long I should keep it – but I want to keep it for 5 years. I think that’s a good amount of time to look back and make sure I’m not making the same mistakes as 5 years ago
