How long do you hold your stretches for?

At least 30 seconds, but I found that focusing on your breath and leaning deeper while exhaling is quite soothing and try to hold my stretches as long as I can tolerate!

I usually hold my stretches for 10-30 seconds. I do wrist stretches for my carpal tunnel and those I do for a little less time, but leg and arm stretches I'll do for longer.

A few seconds. May get longer over time but even this is a good start.
My favourite stretch is to drop forward and rock gently so my hamstrings get a nice stretch. 🙂
