How long did it take you to really see exercise as a habit rather then a task?

It’s when you start doing those habits with a sense of admiration and care. You can’t wait to do them again tomorrow and the next day and the next. That’s when you get used to it as a healthy essential habit, and not just a temporary task.

It definitely took more than 3 days. It took me about a week of small morning exercises to get into the habit of going for a 5 minute jog before breakfast. That 5 minute jog turned into 10, then 15 and so on…

I’ve only just started using Fabulous so I feel like I’m still in the process of making it into a habit but I do think Fabulous is making it easier. I twisted my knee in February and I got some exercises from my physiotherapist that I’m supposed to be doing every day, since I started using the app I feel like it’s easier to get myself to do them. I also don’t wanna break the streak so it’s extra motivation to keep going! All this is going to help make new habits

It is actually still something I have to pull myself through 😠 I walk my daughter to school every morning rather than drive, so I count this as a morning exercise. Other workouts (lifts or pilates) need a lot of arguing with myself, unfortunately

I’m still working on it. I have found that I have a gym habit that I am cultivating in my evenings and I’ve two tai chi classes a week one on an evening and one on Saturday morning.

I struggle with early morning exercise it’s one thing I am
Extra resistant to. That said the exercise that is my evening schedule makes me feel great and the endorphins are there which is something I never thought I’d get to.
