How long did it take before you felt exercising daily being the new norm?

It took me a few months, if I'm to be honest.
Implementing a new routine, especially if it can be exhausting or tiring like a training program, and sticking to it even when you don't feel like doing so, can be incredibly hard.
Discipline and overall willingness are key to this practice, and once you create this new habit, as difficult as it might be, going back is even more difficult and you'll actively pursue your goal. ❤

If I'm honest, I think it takes at least a couple of weeks of doing it everyday before it feels like a normal part of the daily routine. But it's also important to make sure you accompany the action with a clear "why" because that really reinforces the behaviour
