I stop using my electronic devices at 12am sharp. I shut myself off from the internet. It's not as hard as you might think. We don't actually need that extra 10 minutes to check Facebook or IG one last time. On the contrary, we do not need them at all. Try to get at least 30 mins of not using electronics before sleeping. If possible, make it to 2 hours.
