When we wake up later in the day we are generally less productive than when we rise earlier, we usually feel more sluggish and tired which makes us want to just stay in bed, then when bedtime rolls around later we tend to stay in bed scrolling through content on our phones for hours and not falling asleep until late, meaning we wake up later and this awful cycle just keeps repeating. So yes I believe it is bad to fall asleep late and wake up late.
Honestly, I don't like it at all when I go to bed late and get up late. When I get up late, I feel even more tired and lazy. I feel like my whole day has been wasted.
It’s not bad to fall asleep late and wake up late but it definitely shouldn’t be a habit. I personally think that going to sleep and waking up early is healthier
I don't think thats bad.Because if you can manage your time and get enough sleep it won't be a problem.it will depend on your work time
