I’ve been doing a 15 minute Yoga exercise every morning and evening for about 2 weeks now and all I can truly say it’s helped me with, is being able to reach further stretches during the Yoga sessions. Nothing out in the normal world during day to day life though.

It has helped me understand where my body is at and where I want it to get. No matter how I look the more flexible I get the healthier I feel
