Well I usually prefer to do it before in order to warm up and get ready for the workout. Conclusion: stretching prepares you and awakes ur muscles. Even if you don’t have time for a workout try to stretch to give ur body the idea that it should be active.
Sometimes I like something sweet in the morning and sometimes I’m more interested in something savoury. Sweet - I often have different cereals, panochcola, chocolate croissant, or something sweet on toast like jam or honey Savoury - buttered croissant, buttered bagel, melted cheese inside a croissant, eggs on bagel, or a full English breakfast I hope this gives you ideas for a bit more variety in your morning :)
