It's like a. Relaxing moment for anybody when we weite down our feelings down it made us feel more calm and calm is the key thing in life … sometimes i get distracted but ya the determination is all about..

I am still learning but I have started to appreciate and be aware of how journaling helps me take out all my feelings… That helps me calm and even if I don't feel fine after I do feel better and with less on my chest
