How do you wake up easy?

Marzena E.
I’ve been waking up early to get ready for work, get my kids ready for school, it’s a habit. I have a hard time sleeping in at this point!

Go to bed on time to get 8-10 hours of sleep. Move your alarm out of reach so that you have to get up to turn it off. Once you’re up, immediately stretch, drink water, and turn on a light. These things will tell your body it’s time to get moving. Exercise will also help you get rid of dragging sleepiness. If you can, set your alarm to a fun song you like to dance to. That way you get all fired up first thing in the morning. And remember: it takes practice. You can’t become a morning person in a day. Make a schedule and stick to it.
