Maybe try starting earlier than when your ready to get into bed. If you do get too tired grant yourself some peace and let it go. Another thing is adjust the rituals entirely to make them more inline with your life.

I was like this too! My routine involves a quick clean of the kitchen and some stretches but youre right its hard!
I find its better to think of the big picture, if you don't follow your nighttime routine how will that roll over into the next day? Keep going! Youre strong!

I too find it difficult, sometimes a bit lazy too..😅 but you should have a excitment to complete your routine . If you start enjoying your routine then it will be your habit…
