I’m struggling with this myself. The best thing I could say is to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. The hardest time I have is the weekend as that’s our chill and veg and recharge days. For instance, exercise is a daily goal, but on the weekends we don’t go to the gym so I have to get exercise another way so I listen to dance music and jump around. Hope this helps. You got this!

Consistency was a challenge and most of the days I just couldn’t help getting doing the thing. Although I won’t I’m free from all the procrastination but how far I’ve come is an achievement too. I have too many which I wanted to work on everything simultaneously but now I slowed down and went one step at a time. It helps me to take it easy. I know I’m not in hurry and this is the journey. So let’s live for the journey and not for destination. We’ll all get there. That is certain.

I try to think “I’ll do it just today”. And even if I don’t do it, I keep trying the next day. A great future isn’t about a flawless streak and being perfect in everything you do, but rather many small actions that got you there eventually. Even the smallest steps make a big difference in the long run.
