Motivation is temporary. What makes a habit take around is- minimal effort taken to execute that habit. So to do something or to have that habit around is planning ahead or making things/ environment already ready for taking minimum effort towards that habit. Sounds like a lot for first go but stick🏒 to that 😉

I can go for a run around my neighborhood and get some exercise that way, and I use football to keep me going to get better and stronger than I was before. The reason I focus so much on football and my strength is because I'm a small kid for my age and I'm not a really strong person, either. Bit as long as I can focus on the main goal, I can get it done.
