How do you persist in your everyday habits?

At first, i try to keep in mind that i need to have a healthy and better lifestyle. Second, i remember my hater so that i can keep myself motivated and stay on the track. Third, i thought about someone that i loved as it keep me going whenever i lose hope.

I like ticking things off as done, so this is what motivates me. I make sure to add in the essential tasks that make my routines, and then ticking them off everyday brings me satisfaction.

The reminders are my best friends. When I see those it's a motivator f, I say to myself I don't want too lose my streak I have to exercise today too. Its feels like a mission and a commitment to myself to keep going so I can start becoming a better me.

No I don't I saw some YouTube videos and start applying it that's it but perhaps I will check some apps in the future but I'm afraid it will be overwhelming

if i want t. make something a habit, i make a conscious effort to do that thing everyday until it becomes a habit. i set reminders, or i would ask someone to remind me until i can make it a part of my day to day habit.

I make sure incorporate them into my morning routine. It's easier to do habits before the world wakes up, than to try and find time for them when you are in a rush/busy with tasks.

I just stick to the habit until it comes natural or second nature. Though I also have to practice mindfully since habits can be limiting as a routine.

I really work hard to maintain the same habits though I get bored very easily with daily routine, I get bored when there is nothing new in my life but as soon as something new, something new to add in my life, I feel excited and do it whether it's new habits, new adventure, or anything new work!!!

Honestly there are some days where I dont want to do a habit but I just do it because I will feel a lot worse if I dont do the habit.

Sometimes its really hard for me to be persist in some things, im trying. Im stubborn and at the end i persist in everything I really want.

My new habits make me feel like im alive and more calm and relax, i feel much better than before and i will go like this for sure because i see lots of changes in both my body and even my behavior, it makes you feel like your different than before and new person is alive now

A while ago, I decided I wanted to change. I decided I was limiting myself. I wasn’t allowing myself to become the person I knew I could be. And so I made the conscious decision that I will wake up every day and actively work towards becoming that person. Actively work towards change. And so, every day, I remind myself of who I want to be, and, every day, I work on being that person.

I always try to tell myself that I already followed this habit for a while now and feel better so why dont I keep feeing that way.

The reminder in this app is working quite well, I've also started using recurring Google tasks as they give a notification every day and stay there for you to check off. Also as the app says, start small so you're not overwhelmed or discouraged

First of all u should be belive that habit will change you. Andvwhen u think that u don't want to do that habit repeatedly then at that moment think about your future ,think about the better person you will be, think about how u can change ur family,surrounding, country . Then always remember your goles why u start the habits. Make your self strong . 💪

Focusing on the small habits so they become second nature and by giving myself the grace to not be perfect, if and when I fall behind.
