I follow online workout programs, it’s all planned out so I just need to press play which takes the guesswork out of my deciding what to do that day I totally recommend following a video workout or simply putting on some music you love and dancing to it is great as well! & if you’re really not feeling it I go for walks when I’m not really not wanting to. Also try to put your workout clothes out the night before so it’s ready for you when you wake up
