How do you meditate?

For me, mediation is a way of practicing mindfulness.I notice what is around me, and how I'm feeling, and the sensation of breath. There are many ways to practice mindfulness, like yoga, arts and crafts, and music. However, one must take a conscious step of focus on you and your current state. Don't get lost in your activity, rather allow the activity to focus yourself on yourself in uplifting ways. It's always amazing to me how we always breathe, but how we so often forget to notice what it feels like.
