I struggle to keep on top of everything. Not sure I can answer that. I try to be mindful that I'm not coming up with new proj3cts to avoid those in already part way through….

I am going to be starting a new work schedule in 6 days in a different city and with completely new team at a new location. I am nervous about how I am going to try to stick to my current habits, routines, and rituals such as what I eat and how I exercise on a daily basis, with which I have been pretty successful in the last few months. I am thinking that starting today, I will try to simulate habits, routines, and rituals with my new work schedule which will start about 1.5 hours earlier than my current work day.I probably will be less nervous if I give myself a break and feel good about myself by simply sticking to my current routines and continue to try to develop a daily meditation routine.Does anyone have any other ideas to offer? It would be much appreciated!
How I can make myself accomplish the items on my to-do list?
I am finding it helpful to use one of the Fabulous App Mental/Thought Exercises- specifically one of the evening deep rest meditation exercises to help me go to sleep. But it doesn’t always work because I still have my iPhone with me in bed or near me. In fact, sometimes I don’t do the nighttime deep rest meditation at all and then I get caught up in watching on demand TV or something. Does anyone use the Audible to listen to a book to fall asleep or read their Kindle on regular basis to read and fall asleep? Any suggestions on how to develop a good evening habit to meditate, read, and fall asleep?
Which one do you think is more effective? A written to do list or through an apps to do list?
What should always be on the to-do list of a student?
I would like to know how other people feel about writing something that might not be followed through all the time?
I’d like to know how many to-dos I should write per day so as not to overwhelm myself and to actually be able to get things done.
How do you set up your to-do list and what items do not make the cut?

What’s the best way to prioritize my to-do list each day? Do you use a specific priority system?
