How do you deal with tasks that you didn’t complete that day, week or month?

I was wondering about this right this moment. Today, I started the challange of having a Great breakfast but I didn't really feel like I had one. However, instead of seeing it as a failure I thought: "well, today was the first day, I will chatch up on that tomorrow." The goal is not to tick all the tasks every single day, we're not seeking for perfection. Our aim is to develop a healthy state of mind that allow us to make sure that we can cope with drawbacks and push forward to purse we the life we envision for ourselves.
