How do you manage to get started in a task instead of procrastinating?
To overcome procrastination and get started on a task, begin by breaking it into smaller, manageable steps. Set a timer for just five minutes and commit to working during that time. This creates a sense of urgency and can help you overcome inertia. Establish a daily ritual that includes a specific time for focused work, and reward yourself after completing each step. Consistency in these routines builds momentum, making it easier to tackle larger tasks over time.
