How do you manage eating breakfast and exercising in the morning? If I do one the other sounds disgusting.

Do excersize still you feel hungry then the food will power you up or just make a meal you know you will look forward to while working out

This is what I do, I wake up as early as possible so I have plenty of time for a big breakfast and exercise. If I'm running late for work, I eat breakfast and stretch my body a few minutes.

I get muscle fatigue from cardio exercising and I get sleepy from it and my body is trying to force me to take a nap in the daytime which I don’t like
