I have some kind almond bars that are a quick snack and I have a bunch of frozen fruit that I blend with protien powder and almond milk if I have a little more time. Probably could be better… But it's easy for me to stick to!
Teresa C.
Two lightly salted hard-boiled eggs, lots of water, coffee, and a handful of almonds or a piece of fruit (bananas and plums are my go to).
Jeppe E.
I typically have a monster ultra and and a protein bar.
But, on morning that I feel like having proper food- a whole wheat english muffin with cream cheese spread and a low sugar yogurt are nice.
Greg Y.
On one of those rushed mornings I'll grab a handful of fresh fruit. When I plan ahead, I try to go high protien. I usually have turkey bacon or I scramble one whole egg and two whites. I will add mushroom and spinach to the eggs to make them more filling. I find that even though it isn't supposed
to, oatmeal keeps me full longer than anything, I skip the sugar and eat fruit on top of it.

I have usually a multiple- stage breakfast, with yogurt or oatmeal before I leave the house, and then I keep real food protein bars (Rx bars or Lara bars) at work so that I can eat one between 9 and 11 as a snack. Every once in a while I will make myself scrambled eggs a la America's Test Kitchen, but usually only on a day husbear and I are both at home in the morning.
Janko F.
Trying to stay away from milk and cereal. I tend to eat too much. It’s better if I pick something that I can eat on the go, or something that is already portioned out for me like oatmeal or yogurt. Belvita breakfast crackers and Kind bars are favorites too.
Bruce Z.
I sliced a ruby red grapefruit in half and cut into segments to eat with a spoon. The new grapefruits from Texas are pretty sweet and don't need sugar. I boiled a bunch of eggs for 6 minutes and saved what I didn't eat for the next few days. I read the paper while eating, drank some coffee, and felt like a 1950's dad (without the housewife). It was pretty adorable.
Maja C.
i usually eat smoothie bowls, or avocado toast with egg on top. if you don’t like avocado, a good replacement is hummus!
Christoffer E.
I have bowl with plain natural yogurt half apple, 2 teaspoon of chia, 15 gojis and 2 big spoon of oat and a cup of coffee
Salvador T.
I love eating eggs, some wheat toast, a banana and a yogurt. It may seem a lot, but it’s actually a perfectly balanced meal!
Jennie P.
I put together greens, veggies, and one fruit in my portable blender. I mix in either almond milk or coconut water depending my mood and complete my breakfast smoothie. I prefer greens like spinach and kale. As for veggies I prefer carrots, zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potato, etc. Hope this helps!
Frida P.
I eat muesli or a wrap with fruit, peanut butter and sometimes chocolate. If I feel like baking, I'll make some protein muffins during the weekend to eat throughout the week.
Lawrence E.
One of my most common breakfasts is a smoothie bowl. It's quick and easy to make and pretty good for you! I blend two or three bananas with some frozen berries and mango and then pour it into a bowl, alternating layers of the smoothie and my favourite museli, with desicated coconut on top
Ema S E.
Oats and raisins, banana and mixed nuts, green smoothie (lettuce, kale, celery + sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds & almonds, whole/multigrain breakfast cereal w/ milk. These are my most regular choices
Samantha C.
It ranges from healthy (overnight oats, hard boiled eggs) to hearty (MacDonalds breakfast set – only once in 2 weeks). Have a good breakfast to kickstart your day and adjust the calories through the day (if you’re counting).
Erin Q.
I usually have a piece of fruit such as an orange or an apple. Depends on the season. I really like having All Bran with hot milk or a piece of toast with peanut butter
Fabien E.
It depends on the day! I love avocados, so today I ate half an avocado with olive oil, lemon juice, and cherry tomatoes (add some salt and pepper). I had one egg and a small amount of bread on the side. Then I drink some green tea tea. I sometime make a simple overnight Chia pudding if I know i will be in a rush the next day.
Lloyd C.
Most often oatmeal with varied added stuff – nuts, almonds, raisins, dried plums, fresh apricots, sunflower seeds, honey, cinnamon, dried lemon peels… sometimes I mix it with white yoghurt. There’s a lot of variety to this simple meal.
Barb P.
Scrabbled eggs. Variation of flavor is a different spice tossed into it each day. Keeps it interesting. Cup of coffee or tea and yogurts is a great side to all this!
Angie T.
I’ve had avocado toast, yogurt, and cereal for breakfast. Avocado toast is time consuming but it gave me tons of energy. It would be worth it to try and spend the extra time to make it when I can
Th Odore Q.
I have a heard time waking up and an even harder time convincing myself to cook. What I’ve found is buying mason jars and filling them with different flavored parfaits or overnight oat recipes give me a good hardy breakfast every morning with zero work at 5am. I just grab a mason jar and a spoon from my fridge
Carl Z.
Following a morning jog, i had a 2 egg omelette, with chicken, onions and tomatoes, seeded bun with lemon n ginger tea. I am now all set for the day.
Albenisa P.
In our country we eat roti in our breakfast.roti is made from weat .it is full of carbohydrates. And drink tea to be active all day .i also sometimes eat boiled egg with milk.
Lena F.
I'm living on a low carb diet, so I will eat a two eggs omelet with lots of green vegetables and a slice of cheese. And lots of water.
Christian W.
Sometimes it’s hard for me to eat a full meal in the morning – I’ve taken to making protein smoothies with fruits / milk alternatives / nut butters !! They are yummy and easier for me to digest early in the morning.

70g Oatmeal
10g rye bran
200g low fat cottage cheese
100g of berries
If I put 2 eggs in the oatmeal I eat only 100g of cottage cheese

On days I don’t have a lot of time, I like to make a fried egg over easy with chicken breakfast sausage. On days I have more time, I like to make steel cut oatmeal from scratch – first, toast the oats in a pan over medium heat until fragrant (~5 minutes) then add your cooking liquid (I use milk, but almond or coconut milk will work if you have food restrictions) and seasoning (pinch of salt, a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg) and cook until oats have absorbed all the liquid (~20-25 minutes)

Just walk around the block three times, walk an easy trail. Just walk for 30mins. Listen to your favorite music along the way.
Denise N.
2 scrambled eggs on 2 toasted bread slices.
For the eggs I grill fine chopped garlic (on taste) with just enough olive oil to keep it from sticking to the pen.
You can also add, with the garlic, a few grains dried chepotley if you like the heat. To finish a few chopped basil on top.
I also drink a mug of nut milk, like almonds or Brazilian nut and a cup of black coffee.
Sounds like a lot but it's just a matter of 20min to prepare and about 10 to eat.
You got your proteins 1st thing in the morning!
If you'd like you can exchange the eggs for canned tuna or any other fish (same prep).
Good luck!

I've eaten a banana with peanut butter, whole wheat bread with cheddar slices, fruit and oatmeal. I have also been wanting ideas for breakfasts and have put the question out there. If you have any ideas, feel free to send them my way!

Kashi cereal, blueberries and milk. Most weekday mornings or any time I am short of time. Weekends I like one day to be an egg dish and the other to be a treat, like pancakes, waffles, French toast with fruit.
Paige Y.
Bacon and Eggs with V8, Brown or white rice with honey/sugar/milk, oatmeal, cereal (that you like so you actually want to eat it), just a hard boiled egg, some salami and cheese, toast with Nutella/jelly/peanut butter whatever you want
Jacob G.
Farm fresh eggs, spinach, tomato, and feta cheese.
Side of berries or seasonal fruit. And of course coffee…. always coffee.

I usually eat omelette with tomatoes, cucumbers and onions chopped and mixed into a salad.i put the omelette on half of the plate and the salad on the other half!
Leana T.
Its a roasted wheat bread,we called it prantha in hindi , its a kind of roti.
I ate this with krele ki sabji (bitter ground vegitable)

I am in a phase of really loving over night oats. Especially Pina colada ones. It's 3/4 cups oats, 1 scoop coconut protein powder, 1 cup fresh pineapple, 1 cup almond milk,1 tsp honey, 2 tbsp coconut flakes 4 tsp chia seeds. Mix together refridgerate. Makes 2 servings. Can swap with any fruit.
Nathaniel E.
Overnight oats: 1/2 cup steel cut oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla nutrishoppe protein, and as much cinnamon as you like in a bowl. Stir. Store I’m sealed container overnight in fridge.
