you can either prepare it the day before, or you cook some eggs while you put your clothes on/ while youre waking up. it saves you some time
I don't have a proclivity to eating in the morning so I make sure I have a 🍌 an 🍎 some 🥜 🥜🥜🥜 and some 🍇🍇🍇 near my water bottle. As soon as I drink my 🌊💦 I eat them.
hey my friend(s)! so since yall asked this qm let me take time to think about myself. usually for me the quickest breakfast is either popping bread in the toaster (don’t be shy with the butter) or a bowl or cereal! especially cereal! it’s good in the morning 🙂 or even a slice of fruit? granola bar? just anything really. but pls eat!! not just that espresso….

I start my day with an oatmeal it’s healthy and simple to make -simplicity is the key to consistency-i add 5 large tbsp of oats in addition to 2 tbsp peanut butter with a 3/4 cup of almond milk, mixing it well then adding 1 tbsp of honey, final touch by cutting a banana on the top! It usually takes 5-10 minutes and it’s so creamy and tasty 🙂
