Yes they are good for fast meals but leave me feeling hungry sometimes. I like to get a bunch of boiled eggs and grab two in the morning. that is super fast. I never take the time to make breakfast, so I have to make it before I wake up.

Yes. My goal for my first meal after the night fast is nutrients so if you’re not feeling up to making an actual breakfast or are short on time a smoothie is definitely the way to go. Buy powders like protein, spirulina, or ashwanghanda to add nutrients and you’re on your way to a good start.

Yes, 100%! Filling your body with healthy fruits and veggies will keep you awake, active, and refreshed! Try different combinations and try almond milk or coconut milk to try something new. I love adding a spoonful of peanut butter for protein and a more satisfying smoothie 🙂

I think you just should make enough time to eat a good breakfast. A smoothie (in my eyes) contains to many (natural) sugar and not enough protein and carbs

If you have the ingredients prepared or they are easily accessible I would say so! A quick smoothie with some spinach or kale, various fruits and almond milk is quick, easy and very tasty/nutritious !
