Has anyone ever tried The Whole30? And if so, what are good Whole30 options for quick breakfast when you have to go to work early EARLY in the morning and literally only have 5 minutes for breakfast? I really want to start The Whole30 but I’m afraid I’ll lose my good breakfast habits that I’ve started. Everything I eat for breakfast is not Whole30 sanctioned.

My favourite super quick breakfast is joqurt and mysl. It's good and healthy. Also just bread with some salad, cheese, some meat like bacon or Just something else and last thing mustard. It may sound scary but it's super good and healthy 😁 hope these help.☀️
