I set my alarm, turn on the FOCUS feature, turn off notifications, and tune in. Really be intentional about this and each task throughout the day.

I use the pomorodo technique i.e I study for twenty five minutes and then take a break for five minutes I do this atleast four times continuously and also during the first break I clean the space around me and donot scroll at all also I set targets for everyday instead of a timetable but I do sometimes make a timetable but only for the present time according to my comfort so that I can make an estimate of how much time it would take me to finish everything and when I do something before the scheduled time it makes me feel proud and inspires me to do the next thing . I also know that at what time I study best and try to do all my work within that time

When I study I stay away from other people so there is less distractions. Sometimes I will play some music in the background that keeps me relaxed. Then there are small breaks that I take to refocus, usually it’s a stretch, water, or snack. Staying focused comes easy to me, so I don’t really have a trick.
