How do you keep your fridge organized especially keeping it synced up with a meal plan.

Make a meal plan list on Friday night. Buy the necessary veggies and grocery on Saturday. Soak and sprout lentils. Chop/ grate the vegetables and store in an order of monday to friday. Soak for batter on Saturday and grind on Sunday.

well basiccaly i dont... I just dont eat. Not because i dont want to... but because i cant... So i dont have this kind of problem
